FairWay’s Board of Directors meets regularly and is charged with determining FairWay’s strategic vision, formulating policy for the company, ensuring we develop strategies for identifying and managing risk, ensuring we comply with legislation and major contracts, overseeing and monitoring our performance, reporting to the shareholding Ministers and regulatory authorities on the Board's stewardship of the company.
Our team of managers in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch is responsible for planning, organising, leading and managing the day-to-day business of FairWay across the country. Our business directors are responsible for building the business through client relationships and innovative service.
FairWay has staff and contracted dispute resolution practitioners located throughout the country. Most resolution practitioners (which include reviewers, facilitators, mediators, conciliators, adjudicators, and arbitrators) are highly credentialed in their relevant field. We also have a large team of customer-focused resolution coordinators who provide empathetic interaction with customers throughout the dispute resolution process.
