Di comes from a legal background and has practiced law in Christchurch, Hamilton and Timaru. She now works solely as a mediator.

Di was one of the original members of Fair Way’s Family Dispute Resolution team.  She primarily works out of her own offices in Christchurch, but travels out of Canterbury when required.

Di has a Bachelor of Laws (Otago) and a Diploma in Business Studies (Dispute Resolution) (Massey). She is an Associate and Family Dispute Resolution Panel Member of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ). She is also a member of the Resolution Institute and a CINERGY© trained Conflict Coach. During her studies, she was awarded the Phillip Green Communication in Dispute Resolution Award.
