Bruce Reid is part of the Commercial Services team at Fair Way. As part of his role, he is Membership Coordinator for Financial Dispute Resolution Service (FDRS), processing and maintaining Scheme Member memberships. He also assists with Master Builder complaints, processing Kāpehu and Manawa Rahi enquiries via both phone & webform, and taking Telecommunications Dispute Resolution (TDR) calls.

Previously, Bruce has been part of War Pensions Services / Veterans Affairs New Zealand, assisting with war veterans, and their claims. He had the privilege of being part of the VANZ team assisting with Gallipoli commemorations in 2011, 2013, 2014 & 2015, as well as assisting with the care of Bomber Command veterans, for the opening of the Bomber Command Memorial in London in 2012.
