Carole is an experienced barrister specialising in estates, trusts, relationship property and property. Most matters Carole is instructed on tend to settle out of court, either through private negotiation or mediation.

Carole has undertaken post graduate dispute resolution qualifications in mediation and negotiation, and has substantial experience in the mediation arena. She has a particular interest in helping parties try and reach resolution of their dispute where that is possible, as opposed to the (often) unattractive alternative of court proceedings.
