Lisa Stein-Traill has 30 years experience driving transformative change in a range of contexts including business, banking, not-for-profit, local and regional councils. Specialising in business transformation, she excels in problem identification and collaborative problem solving that engages and empowers all parties around a shared vision.
Lisa has designed and implemented many organisational re-structures, successfully supporting people to work through challenges and toward new opportunities. She has also navigated complex ER situations and Worksafe reviews to constructive outcomes. Her skills in facilitation have been honed through practical experiences, enabling Lisa to guide diverse groups in finding consensus and a way forward.
With master's degrees in both Advanced Leadership and Business & Technological Futures, Lisa possesses a robust academic foundation, further enriched by hands-on experience, accreditation as a Mediator with Resolution Institute and AMINZ membership.
Lisa has personal experience of solo parenting, separation, divorce and, after living in Auckland for most of her life, is now happily married and step-parenting in Taranaki, working both locally and online. Her focus with family mediation is ensuring that all voices are heard and understood so that shared resolutions are realistic, robust and sustainable for all parties.
