Louise Guest

Louise is an experienced and passionate Investigator and Mediator.

She completed studies in Counselling and Mediation in 2006 and has facilitated dispute resolution processes and mediation in a range of settings since. Prior to 2019 when Louise began independently specialising in Workplace Investigations, she was a Detective with the NZ Police investigating serious crime.

Louise has a friendly and unassuming approach to practice. She is meticulous in planning robust processes that help things to go smoothly and those involved feel as comfortable and empowered as possible.

Louise has a deep knowledge and understanding of the complexities of family and workplace conflicts. She empathises with parties involved and truly values their experience and views.

In both mediations and investigations, Louise strives to create an empowering process for everyone.

Louise has completed numerous investigations, both small and large scale, reporting to executive teams in New Zealand and overseas.

She has helped parties experiencing escalating conflict that has attracted police attention to resolve their issues and move forward peacefully and without further incident.

When not focusing on work, Louise enjoys relaxing at the beach and spending time with family.
