Nadine is a member of the Preparation for Mediation (PFM) team. Taking an individualised approach to PFM, Nadine tailors each session to develop practical communication skills and tools that parents can use in their mediation. Nadine enjoys facilitating the shift from old communication styles, to the ‘new way of being’ within the co-parenting relationship. Nadine is also a trained mediator and won the Phillip Green Cup (Communication Skills in Dispute Resolution) in 2011.
Nadine’s professional background is from the mental health sector. In 2017, Nadine set up in private practice in Palmerston North. When not completing PFM calls, she provides specialty support in the area of mental health and addiction, employee assistance programme (EAP), general counselling and clinical supervision.
On a personal note, Nadine has three children and over 20 years’ experience navigating child disability services from a parent’s perspective.
