Client Manager – Commercial Services

Rob Manfield is a Client Manager in Fair Way’s Commercial Services team. Originally from the UK, Rob is based in Wellington but regularly spends time in Auckland, Christchurch and beyond, working with our clients old and new.

In his role, Rob collaborates with our team of Resolution Coordinators and Resolution Practitioners to ensure we maintain excellent service delivery. His primary focus is on workplace dispute resolution and related issues, working with clients to discover their needs and then helping to form effective solutions from our suite of workplace services.

With a background in marketing and client management, Rob believes a good working relationship is built on trust. He thrives on connecting with people and is regularly described as a safe pair of hands by our clients and customers.

Having worked in the public and private sectors in both the UK and New Zealand, he has held varied roles and gained a solid understanding of a range of working environments. Elected as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, Rob is now focused on helping others to build their capability and overcome their workplace issues.
