Scott Gazley

Scott is a highly experienced commercial litigator. He advises clients with complex disputes in the areas of construction, negligence, property, and financial law. He has appeared as sole counsel in proceedings before the Court of Appeal, High Court, District Court, and a range of tribunals.

He is also a practising mediator and adjudicator of disputes under the Construction Contracts Act.
