Solveig is an AMINZ accredited Resolution Facilitator within the Commercial team at Fair Way, specialising in education, telecommunication, and workplace disputes. She practices as a facilitator and adjudicator, and provides training to organisations in a wide range of conflict management-related topics.

Furthermore, Solveig has done extensive research into different approaches for preparing people to engage in the mediation/facilitation process so they can present their best selves in the mediation. Solveig aims to make her practice as accessible as possible, so people can relax, engage and get the best out of the process.

Growing up internationally and living in countries including Denmark, South Korea, The Netherlands and now New Zealand, Solveig has broad experience in working through language barriers and cultural differences, and providing culturally appropriate and responsive services. Solveig has an interdisciplinary academic background which combines law, and psychology, and conflict resolution.
