Suzanne Clark

I am a Family Law Barrister and Mediator with over 20 years’ experience in dealing with family disputes. I appear regularly the Family Court representing parties in Care of Children Act proceedings. I am also a District Inspector for Mental Health Services And Substance Addiction Services for the Auckland and Northland regions and have had extensive involvement with people experiencing mental health challenges.

I am passionate about empowering parties to make good decisions concerning their children. The primary focus in my mediations is always the best interests and welfare of the children involved. 

I bring compassion, insight and warmth to mediations and am always optimistic about the possibility of resolving care arrangement issues through mediation. 

I am an associate member of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ) and accredited to NZLS Family Specialist Panel of Mediators. I undertake FDR mediations providing a quality, easy to understand and friendly service. 

My office is located in Waitakere. Although I am happy to conduct mediations Auckland wide.
