Financial Dispute Resolution Service

If you have a complaint about, or a dispute with, your financial service provider, we're here to help.

Our Financial Dispute Resolution Service (FDRS) is an approved dispute resolution service. Our role is to help resolve complaints between consumers and their financial service providers. We are totally independent and our service is free to consumers.

When you get in touch, we check to see if your provider is a member of our service (you can also check our website). If they are– we start working with you and your provider to resolve the matter. If they aren’t a member, we’ll make sure you still get to the right place for help.
