Erica Boscato

Erica Boscato (nee Penney) is passionate about fairness, which led her to pursue a career in dispute resolution. She has worked in complaint-handling roles in both the private and public sectors, and her areas of expertise include complex investigations, banking and finance, fraud and scams, and financial difficulty. She is a skilled communicator and brings strong policy, prevention and consumer awareness perspectives.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Canterbury University, and Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington. She is a  member of the Resolution Institute, and is based in Wellington.
