I have specialised as a lawyer in all aspects of family law since the mid 1990’s and receive appointments from the Family Court to represent children and people with incapacities. I developed a keen interest over 30 years ago in the use of mediation to resolve disputes. I qualified as a mediator in 2005. Since then, I have conducted many mediations, the majority of which have dealt with family disputes including relationship property and assisting parents or caregivers to reach agreement on their children’s care arrangements and guardianship matters.
