Tanya is a Resolution Facilitator within the Commercial team at Fair Way, specialising in workplace disputes, especially focusing on workplace Kāpehu coaching, equipping people with practical tools and empowering them to resolve their own disputes.

Tanya has over 30 years experience in the industry having worked as a Resolution Coordinator in many areas including ACC, financial disputes, telecommunication disputes, building disputes, workplace and commercial disputes. She is an Associate member of AMINZ.

Empowering people to resolve disputes through connection and kōrero are her motivations for working in this industry. 

Tanya is passionate about Te Reo Māori, whānau and kai. Her whakapapa links to Ngāti Porou on her father’s side and to Te Rarawa on her mother’s side.
