Will Story

Will is the Operations Manager of Family Services at Fair Way Resolution Limited. He leads a large team of resolution coordinators as well as supporting all Fair Way’s contract mediators throughout New Zealand.

Prior to joining Fair Way, Will was a practising lawyer and has significant experience in family law, property law and general practise (both in Hawke’s Bay and Wellington).

Will manages the delivery of mediation and arbitration services for family disputes across Fair Way’s three offices, with a particular focus on ensuring the exemplary service delivery of Family Dispute Resolution.  

With a strong conviction in the power of mediation as a means of resolving disputes - saving parties the significant cost and time delay associated with drawn out litigation - Will works closely with our business development team to promote and grow the expanding family service.
