After a lifetime in insurance claims (all commercial classes, including liability, financial lines, and marine) Eoin now provides alternative dispute resolution services. Eoin has now joined Fairway’s Natural Hazards Dispute Resolution panel.
Eoin has worked mainly in the ACC space since 2017. Before that, he worked as a lawyer, appearing in the District and High Courts, the Waitangi Tribunal, and assisting clients at mediations. Eoin is a barrister and a Chartered Loss Adjuster. His experience and education make him uniquely qualified to help people resolve disputes.
Eoin prefers to help people resolve their own disputes through mediation or conciliation. However, he also knows that sometimes the only way to resolve a dispute is to have a neutral third party listen to both sides and make a decision.
Eoin has had a broad range of experience. He finds this helps him communicate with people from different backgrounds.
