The Fair Way team are available Monday to Friday across the Christmas and New Year period, except for public holidays.  

Please note we will have reduced capacity as some of the team take a well-deserved break.

Other services 

Financial Dispute Resolution Service, Study Complaints | Ngā Amuamu Tauira and Telecommunications Dispute Resolution are closed from 5pm on 20 December 2024, reopening at 8.30am on Monday 6 January 2025.
